Position Summary: Medical assistant with knowledge of the respiratory system for patient care and attention, treatment management, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive patient care and attention 2. Management and administration of scheduled treatments 3. Knowledge of the respiratory system and mechanical ventilation **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Deliver and receive patients in each examination room and/or patient room * where they are sleeping. * Administer scheduled treatments on time and correctly. * Respond immediately to calls and/or overhead announcements. * Accurately document service charges for treatments administered to patients. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Conduct hospital rounds to ensure equipment inventory and proper condition. \* **KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge of Inhalation Therapy, the respiratory system, or mechanical ventilation.
