Maintenance of up-to-date documentation Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas Industry: Residential Construction Job Objective Manage and ensure the contracting, installation, and activation of infrastructure services — water, electricity, drainage, and gas — with government agencies and service providers to meet residential project delivery timelines. Responsibilities Procedures with government agencies: Manage feasibility studies, permits, and contracts with CFE, COMAPA/AyD Reynosa, municipal authorities, Civil Protection, and Urban Development. Review preliminary construction plans. Collaborate with urban development coordinators to verify compliance with CFE and COMAPA regulations. Maintain updated files and documentation. Essential Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field; candidate must be either a final-year student or graduate. - Experience: 2+ years managing procedures with CFE, COMAPA, and municipal authorities in Reynosa. - Knowledge: Regulatory frameworks of CFE/COMAPA, interpretation of utility network drawings, municipalization process in Tamaulipas. - Skills: Negotiation, follow-up, tolerance, public relations.
