Your Responsibilities: * Access control: visitor registration, wristband verification, and entry authorization * Supervision of common areas (pool, lobby, parking lot, gardens) * Enforcement of internal regulations with firmness and respect * Real-time incident reporting via radio and WhatsApp * Coordination with authorities when necessary * Courteous and professional service to domestic and international guests What We’re Looking For: ✅ Completed high school diploma (minimum) ✅ 1–2 years of security experience (preferably in hotels, condominiums, or resorts) ✅ Basic–intermediate conversational English ✅ Proficiency with tablets, radios, and WhatsApp ✅ Excellent personal appearance ✅ Ability to stand for extended periods ✅ Age: 25–45 years (flexible depending on profile) Required Documentation Upon Hiring: * Valid INE or passport * Proof of address (no older than 3 months) * Recent certificate of no criminal record (issued by competent authority) * Updated CURP * Social Security Number (IMSS) What We Offer: * Formal employment with statutory benefits * IMSS registration * Professional work environment within a high-end tourism setting This Role Is Right for You If… * You have security experience and feel comfortable assisting tourists * You uphold rules firmly while always treating others courteously * You are willing to work rotating shifts and embrace responsibility * You want to join a team that embodies order, trust, and hospitality **Apply today.** Selected candidates will be contacted for an in-person interview, including a brief situational exercise.
