Documentation and reporting management **Cristalería La Única** **Vacancy: Warehouse Manager** * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, **8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays, **9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **Main Responsibilities:** ✔️ Supervise order picking and delivery, as well as inter-warehouse transfers, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. ✔️ Conduct cyclical inventories and maintain internal controls for incoming and outgoing products. ✔️ Distribute and store products within the warehouse in an orderly manner. ✔️ Supervise proper handling of merchandise. ✔️ Report equipment, machinery, or tool malfunctions and ensure correct usage. ✔️ Comply with safety and hygiene standards by using personal protective equipment. ✔️ Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness at all times. ✔️ Manage product locations within the warehouse. ✔️ Coordinate and supervise personnel under direct supervision. ✔️ Prepare daily reports on order picking times and order tracking. ✔️ Verify received goods against receiving reports. ✔️ Control and organize documentation (purchase orders, purchase requisitions, transfer requests, etc.). ✔️ Monitor and report inventory shrinkage. **We Offer:** Competitive salary 100% IMSS coverage Grocery vouchers of **$500 monthly** Vacation bonus of **30%** **20 days of year-end bonus** Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits ✅ Job stability
