In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising spa operations, ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily spa operations. * Analyze market trends and adapt services accordingly. * Monitor the quality of products and treatments used. * Develop and maintain relationships with product and service suppliers. * Maintain consistent service quality at all times, adhering to established brand and operational standards. * Meet budgetary targets (daily, monthly, and annual goals). * Handle forecasting. * Review payroll. * Ensure timely execution and accurate control of inventory schedules. * Track purchase orders. * Maintain precise and detailed control over revenue, costs, expenses, productivity, etc. * Achieve budgetary goals through promotion and sale of services, as well as operation and supervision of the various departments comprising the Spa area. * Ensure compliance with promotions for services and products advertised across various media and social platforms. * Maintain timely and proper control of products and their inventories. * Maintain excellent communication with other hotel departments. * Actively and effectively support the hotel’s various certifications. * Submit reports in a timely manner. * Ensure the condition, appearance, and functionality of SPA and gym facilities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality industry in this position. * Knowledge of relaxation techniques, massage, facials, and body treatments; basic therapist skills, service standards, time management, equipment handling, pedicure, and manicure. * Ability to lead and motivate a team. * Advanced planning and organizational skills. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Knowledge and experience in beauty salon and spa operations, operational knowledge in hospitality, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, customer service, and guest orientation. **Benefits:** * You will enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment. * We offer professional growth opportunities within the company. * Your contribution to guest wellness and satisfaction is highly valued.
