**COOK** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Ensures the smooth operation of the kitchen \- Organizes and stocks all stations with necessary ingredients \- Distributes, organizes, and supervises kitchen tasks. \- Participates in inventory control, preservation, and storage of goods. \- Assists in training personnel under their supervision. \- Assists in ordering and preserving raw materials and kitchen supplies. \- Inspects and monitors kitchen equipment and tools, promptly reporting any issues. \- Assists in menu and menu card planning. \- Assists in cost management, inventory control, and purchasing. \- Monitors and ensures proper preservation and efficient utilization of provided ingredients. \- Maintains a positive and professional attitude toward both guests and coworkers \- Ensures food is served simultaneously, punctually, and meets quality standards set by partners or the on-duty manager \- Cleans the station (kitchen, bars, worktables, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: \- Proven kitchen experience, including line cook, restaurant cook, or kitchen assistant roles \- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures \- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks \- Familiarity with industry best practices \- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine \- Culinary school diploma (if available) \- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
