Full responsibility for the work team A reputable company requires: **Production Supervisor:** **Responsibilities:** * Manage production personnel and oversee operational logistics. * Monitor machine production schedules and implement corrective actions for product quality defects. * Assume full responsibility for all activities carried out by their work team and subordinates. **Requirements:** * Engineering, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree * Familiarity with production boards, injection molding machine components, and mold diagrams * Personnel management experience **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm * Rotating day and night shifts $16,000 monthly \+ PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE BONUSES, STATUTORY BENEFITS, TRANSPORTATION, SUBSIDIZED CAFETERIA, MONTHLY BONUS $500\.00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,990\.61 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
