In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and maintenance of our spaces, collaborating to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Perform finishing and maintenance of rooms and common areas. * Apply lacquers, varnishes, sealers, and specialty paints using manual tools and spray equipment. * Touch up and restore finishes damaged by use, moisture, or wear. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a lacquerer or varnisher. * Knowledge of finishing techniques, types of wood, lacquers, varnishes, solvents, fiberglass, and fillers. * Proficiency in using manual tools and spray equipment. * Ability to work in an organized and responsible manner.
