High level of service and support for employees REQUIREMENTS: Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the construction industry, performing the duties described herein, and strong Excel proficiency. Preferably reside in the Bahía de Banderas area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboarding in Nomipaq system and biometric systems Reviewing documents for assembling employee files Administration and management of over 300 employees Incident handling: onboarding, offboarding, vacations, medical leaves, etc. Managing attendance lists for payroll. Processing offboardings. Drafting employment contracts and managing their expiration dates. High level of service and support for employees. Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
