Join our team—we seek talent with strategic vision! **Job Objective** Lead financial planning and budgetary control for construction projects, ensuring profitability and feasibility of each project from conception through delivery, in line with the premium standards defining our hotels. **Ethical and Professional Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields (degree required). * **Experience:** Minimum of **8 years** leading cost and budget departments in construction companies. * **Languages:** **Advanced English** (ability to negotiate with international suppliers and report to executives). * **Location:** Immediate availability to reside in **Bucerías, Nayarit** (a strategically growing area). **Key Responsibilities** To succeed in this role, your core responsibilities will include: * **Feasibility Analysis:** Generate detailed parametric models to assess the financial viability of new boutique developments. * **Budgeting:** Develop a rigorous **Baseline Budget** prior to commencement of each construction project. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate and supervise the cost analyst team, ensuring numerical accuracy. * **Tender Management:** Coordinate, define, and structure proposals for tenders and public bids. * **Strategic Reporting:** Prepare and present weekly activity reports, goal achievement status, and budget variances to senior management. **Desired Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in specialized software (Neodata, Opus, or Presto). * Management of unit prices and concept catalogs for luxury finishes. * In-depth knowledge of materials and subcontractor markets in the Nayarit/Jalisco region. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** $40,000–$50,000 MXN (tax-free), based on qualifications and experience. * Statutory benefits * Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM Salary: $40,000.00–$50,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
