




Job Summary: We are seeking a Revit MEP Modeler for electrical installations with experience in high-rise residential projects, capable of producing drawings and models, and familiar with Mexican regulatory requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Revit MEP modeling for electrical installations in high-rise residential buildings 2. Preparation of electrical, ventilation, and conduit layout drawings and models 3. Knowledge of current Mexican standards and AutoCAD UBK Corporate, a construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience developing high-rise residential buildings, is currently seeking new talent as a REVIT MEP MODELER FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or intern in Construction, Electrical Engineering, Architecture (or related field) * Experience: 3–5 years in Revit MEP modeling for electrical projects in high-rise residential buildings. * Experience in electrical calculations (preferred). * Familiarity with current Mexican standards (preferred). * Immediate availability. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Preparation of electrical drawings and models. * Preparation of HVAC drawings and models (preferred) * Preparation of empty conduit layout drawings and models for CCTV, TV, telephony, and intercom systems in high-rise residential and hotel buildings. * Preparation of ventilation and exhaust drawings and models for high-rise residential buildings. * Preparation of calculation reports (preferred). * Preparation of lighting calculations (preferred). **Knowledge Requirements:** * **Mandatory**: Revit MEP modeling for electrical installations * Applicable regulations: NOM-001-SEDE; NOM-007-SEDE; Mexico City Construction Code. * **Mandatory**: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit **Skills:** * Proactive, organized, results-oriented, strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–19:00 hrs., Friday 9:00–16:00 hrs. * Work location: Las Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo.
