API design and automation of operational and financial processes. **Vacancy.** **Systems Developer** **Who Are We?** **Proaktiva Financiera** is a Multiple-Purpose Financial Company (SOFOM) dedicated to driving growth and modernization across the agricultural, industrial, commercial, and service sectors in Northwestern Mexico. **Mission** To position ourselves as a dynamic and committed company in the productive financial sector, consolidating our leadership in the regional provision of financial solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in northwestern Mexico. **Vision** To contribute to the development and growth of SMEs and agribusinesses in northwestern Mexico through an agile, straightforward, and competitive offering of innovative financial products and services. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** **1\.1\.** Develop and maintain systems for: * Credit origination * Portfolio management * Collections * Legal **1\.2\.** Implement integrations with: * Credit bureaus * Payment systems (SPEI) * External vendors * Other applications **1\.3\.** Automate operational and financial processes to improve efficiency. **1\.4\.** Design and develop APIs for integration with internal and external applications and AI agents to automate tasks. **1\.5\.** Implement controls for: * Information security * System auditing **1\.6\.** Provide technical support to operations for: * Portfolio incidents * Payment processing * Reconciliations **1\.7\.** Generate and maintain operational and regulatory reports. **1\.8\.** Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including: * National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) * National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF) * Other institutions **Technology Stack** * **Backend:** JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, Python, Node.js/Express * **Frontend:** HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Context API or ZUSTAND, REST APIs * **Frameworks:** React, Angular * **Databases:** SQL/NoSQL Server, PostgreSQL * **Integrations:** REST APIs, SOAP * **Infrastructure:** On-premise and/or hybrid cloud * **Tools:** Git, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD, MongoDB, Express **Required Experience** * 2–3 years of experience **Skills and Competencies** * Logical and analytical thinking * Ability to work with legacy systems * High attention to detail * Resolution of critical incidents * Effective communication with business units Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Gym discount * Major medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
