Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced API Developer to design, define, and maintain APIs, ensuring best practices and collaborating on technological solutions. Key Highlights: 1. API Developer Work arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office) Location: Polanco/Reforma, CDMX · Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in API development (REST). Knowledge / Skills: Design and define external APIs following the OpenAPI standard (Swagger / YAML). Create and maintain API specifications (endpoints, methods, input/output parameters, headers, and response codes). Develop internet-exposed API components, ensuring correct functionality and performance. Ensure adoption of best practices in API design (RESTful principles, versioning, security). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for proper implementation of technological solutions. Experience with JavaScript (Node.js). Knowledge and experience with OpenAPI / Swagger (YAML). Knowledge of system integration and API architecture.
