Job Summary: KODE IT is seeking a committed and proactive Customer Service Executive to manage and follow up with clients, possessing strong communication skills and basic office software knowledge. KODE IT, a leading Mexican company in ICT consulting and software development, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to fulfill the following profile. Required Knowledge: • Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. • Committed, professional appearance, active listening, and proactive attitude. • Strong writing skills and proper spelling. • Basic computer skills (file and folder management, email usage). • Basic office software knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desirable Skills: • Experience in system development or digital marketing. • Familiarity with IT profiles. • Experience in sales or customer service roles. Experience: • No professional experience required; desirable 1–2 years of customer service experience. Job Responsibilities: • In-person and remote client service and follow-up. • Tracking and handling incidents/requests from personnel assigned to the account. • Support in collection tasks.
