




Job Summary: A QAD-experienced professional responsible for the accounting cycle, account control, asset and inventory management, tax reporting, and variance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Exclusive experience in the QAD ERP system. 2. End-to-end accounting cycle management and financial closings. 3. Account control, fixed assets, inventory, and tax compliance. QAD ERP system experience is mandatory. Accounting Cycle Management in QAD: Execute and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings within the ERP, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation of subsidiary modules with the General Ledger. Accounts Payable and Receivable Control: Supervise billing integration, payment applications, and vendor management, ensuring approval workflows comply with corporate guidelines. Fixed Assets and Inventory Administration: Manage the fixed assets module and track inventory costs, ensuring accurate valuation and proper recording of manufacturing variances. Tax Reporting and Compliance: Extract and analyze financial data to prepare tax filings, external audits, and financial compliance reports (local and corporate).
