An important family at Villa Rica Golf Club is looking for an Executive Chef with a strong sense of discretion, creativity, and excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and prepare international cuisine menus with a healthy, balanced focus for the family (5 people). * Prepare weekly menus for support staff (5 people). * Comprehensive kitchen management: ingredient control (zero waste), pantry and equipment cleaning and organization. * Purchase fresh ingredients (driver provided for transportation). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy (graduated). * **Experience:** Minimum of 4\-5 years, preferably in high-end private households or prestigious establishments. * **Skills:** Extensive mastery of international culinary techniques and nutrition. * **Attitude:** Highly discreet, organized, and proactive. **Conditions:** * **Salary:** $18,000 monthly gross. * **Benefits:** Statutory (upon completion of probation period). * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Extras:** A room provided for rest.
