Guerrero \| Full-time We seek an ambitious, resilient, and high-impact sales-closing-obsessed Business Development Representative. Your primary objective will be market entry and end-to-end execution of the sales cycle. If you’re hungry for success, capable of managing complex sales cycles, and seeking a high-performance environment where your results define your growth, this role is for you. Role Mission Convert qualified opportunities / leads into customers by leading the full sales process through contract closure. You will be responsible for strategically advancing each opportunity, deeply understanding customer needs, building trust, and clearly communicating Luca’s value proposition. This role is critical, requiring flawless execution of a robust sales process, management of multiple stakeholders, confident handling of objections, and driving every opportunity to conversion. Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing. * Work with leads provided by our prospecting team, while also building your own client portfolio through referrals, cold outreach, and on-the-ground relationship building. * Meet quota and report weekly KPIs for your client portfolio. * Build relationships with schools, establishing credibility, trust, and deep understanding of their needs. * Share relevant field insights with our product, growth, and operations teams. * Stay up to date on the latest sales trends and best practices. * Travel to meet schools in the city. What We Look For * 5–7 years of sales experience in real estate, insurance, enterprise software, consulting, or EdTech — ideally covering both prospecting and closing. * A consultative approach: knowledgeable, relevant, and trustworthy. * A proven track record of quota attainment and high performance. * Proactive, autonomous, and self-motivated — the type of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. * Clear and professional communication skills, able to credibly represent Luca to school leadership. * Motivated by the challenge of creating and developing new opportunities — not just following a playbook. * Bonus: Experience working with or within startups that have international culture, pace, or expectations. Value Proposition & Benefits * **Uncapped commissions**, with potential to reach up to 2x your annual base salary. * **Bonuses** for exceeding targets and delivering outstanding results. * **Exclusive quarterly and annual awards**, including experiences, vouchers, and special benefits. * **Extended rest periods**, designed around seasonal goal-based frameworks. * **Corporate card** covering all travel expenses during field prospecting. * **Professional growth** within a 100% results-oriented and expansion-focused culture. We believe in operating as a high-performance team where each person owns their outcomes and leads by example. We focus on solving problems with practicality: we understand how things get done — and we execute. We value closeness with our customers because their needs guide our decisions. We foster loyalty and camaraderie, acting as a true team that supports one another at critical moments. Additionally, we integrate artificial intelligence into our daily workflows to amplify our impact and continuously learn. We are a diverse, decentralized team based in CDMX (remote\-friendly), mental\-health friendly, and driven by the ambition to become LATAM’s first educational unicorn. Salary: Starting at $10\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you own a car? * Do you reside in the state of Guerrero? * What is your salary expectation? Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chilpancingo, Gro.
