




Job Summary: Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards in construction, manufacturing, and industrial maintenance projects through budgetary control and coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality standards through periodic inspections. 2. Monitor budget versus actual costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions. 3. Coordinate controlled implementation of changes on site. **Job Objective:** Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards in construction, manufacturing, and industrial maintenance projects through budget control, site monitoring, and coordination with various work teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Track budget versus actual costs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure quality standards through periodic inspections and verifications. * Evaluate requested site changes and coordinate their controlled implementation. * Prepare reports, comparative analyses, and cost projections. * Manage income, expenses, and monthly project closings. * Conduct site visits and validate final deliveries. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering discipline. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in construction control or industrial projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in project control software and spreadsheets (Excel, Project, or ERP). * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes. **Administrative Skills:** * Preparation of reports, minutes, and technical documentation. * Management of physical and digital files. * Risk analysis and problem-solving.
