Work with electrical panels and control systems **OCA GLOBAL is seeking an ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN in Altamira, Tamaulipas** -------------------------------------------------------------------- OCA Global in Mexico is currently a reference in the inspection, certification, and testing industry. We are looking for YOUR TALENT as an **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** Work location: *Asipona,* ***ALTAMIRA*** — Only local candidates (Altamira and adjacent metropolitan area) will be considered. Duration: 6 months, possibly extendable to 1 year. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, electric motors). * Diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures. * Inspections of equipment and installations to detect failures, leaks, or wear. * Maintenance and intervention on valves, gaskets, and mechanical components. * Work with electrical panels, connections, and control systems. * Support during start-ups, testing, and commissioning. * Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and P\&ID diagrams. * Creation and tracking of preventive maintenance work orders. * Compliance with safety standards (LOTO, confined spaces, working at heights). **WHAT WE VALUE:** * Electric motors and control panels * Rotating equipment (pumps, compressors) * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Use of multimeter, megohmmeter, and measurement tools * Valid DC\-3 certifications (LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces, hot work) * Availability for fieldwork **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. * Specific experience in centrifugal pump maintenance. * Experience handling conservation valves. * Desired: * SAP proficiency (work orders) * Experience in maintenance planning (Planner) **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Maintenance and repairs **Industry:** Oil and Gas **Skills:** * Pump maintenance * Pressure valve * Visual inspection *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d7dd1a3400003400801d9e\&source\=indeed
