Position Summary: Paramedic needed for construction site, responsible for patient assessment, life support, trauma management, medical emergency care, and patient transport. Key Responsibilities: 1. Working Under Pressure and Effective Communication Residential condominium seeks a **paramedic** for a construction site, for an approximate duration of 3 months, for first-response duties. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Patient Assessment: Rapid identification of health status, vital signs, and immediate needs at the scene. * Basic and Advanced Life Support: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, defibrillation, and oxygen therapy. * Trauma Management: Hemorrhage control, fracture immobilization, burn management, and bandaging. * Medical Emergency Care: Identification and management of cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and obstetric emergencies. * Basic Pharmacology: Administration of medications according to established protocols. * Patient Transport Techniques: Safe mobilization of patients from the scene to the ambulance and to the hospital. COMPETENCIES: * Working Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and make rapid, accurate decisions to save lives. * Effective Communication: Coordination with healthcare teams and clear reporting of patient status. * Biosafety: Strict adherence to hygiene standards to prevent infections. * Physical and Mental Preparedness: Strength to lift patients and emotional resilience in critical situations. * Prior experience working on construction sites preferred, or relevant knowledge for such environments. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs Saturdays: 8:00–14:00 hrs IMSS benefits provided Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 18 months Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Technical Superior degree (Desirable) Work location: On-site
