




Position Summary: We are seeking a paramedic for a residential construction project on a fixed-term basis, with experience in patient assessment, life support, trauma management, and medical emergencies, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and adhere to biosafety protocols. Prior experience in construction environments is valued. A residential condominium is seeking a **paramedic** for on-site work for approximately 3 months, for first-response duties. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Patient Assessment: Rapid identification of health status, vital signs, and immediate needs at the scene. * Basic and Advanced Life Support: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, defibrillation, and oxygen therapy. * Trauma Management: Hemorrhage control, fracture immobilization, burn management, and bandaging. * Medical Emergency Care: Identification and management of cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and obstetric emergencies. * Basic Pharmacology: Administration of medications according to established protocols. * Patient Transport Techniques: Safe patient movement from the scene to the ambulance and hospital. COMPETENCIES: * Working Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and make rapid, accurate decisions to save lives. * Effective Communication: Coordination with healthcare teams and clear reporting of patient status. * Biosafety: Strict adherence to hygiene standards to prevent infections. * Physical and Mental Preparedness: Strength to lift patients and emotional resilience in critical situations. * Prior work experience on construction sites preferred, or relevant knowledge for working in such environments.
