Position Summary: We are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts through direct field-based operational management, negotiation, and closing of payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts through in-home collections 2. Management of overdue payments and negotiation of commitments 3. Locating and identifying delinquent customers FIELD COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT At Exitus Credit, we are looking for Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts in the assigned area through direct field-based operational management and achievement of recovery targets. Responsibilities: * Recovery of overdue accounts through in-home collections * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closing of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Monitoring and tracking of the assigned territory We Offer: * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) * Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary * 12 days of vacation * Vacation premium of 25% Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver's license * Availability for frequent travel * Tolerance for pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Availability for fieldwork Are you interested?
