Required Profile * Prior verifiable warehouse experience. * Essential operation of **counterbalanced and double-reach forklifts with reverse steering**. (Candidates lacking proficiency in both types will not be considered.) * Experience operating **Crown or Raymond equipment** (preferred). * Valid **DC3 license or current forklift operator license (issued in 2023 or later; candidates without it will not be considered)** * Minimum education: **Completed secondary school**. * Availability to **work in freezing chambers (-22 °C)**. * Availability to **rotate shifts** according to operational needs. * Candidates operating **only one type of forklift or conventional steering only** will not be considered. Technical Knowledge The following competencies will be assessed during the selection process: * Operation of **electric pallet jacks**. * Picking in **dynamic racking systems**, handling goods up to **6 levels high**. * Use of **handheld devices and WMS system**. * Completion of **daily equipment safety checklists**.
