Purpose of the Position: Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in the execution of maintenance services, guaranteeing compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies, proper allocation and supervision of personnel, timely updates on equipment status, and delivery of reliable information. Coordinate human and material resources to meet maintenance programs, key contract indicators, and internal policies, while promoting team development through training, administrative management, and effective communication of results. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure the physical integrity of personnel under their responsibility by strictly complying with Sandvik’s established EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations, policies, and standards, as described in the “EHS Responsibilities” section. * Daily coordinate and assign the assigned personnel to carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services according to a work order. * Keep the fleet status updated during the shift. * Supervise that work is performed within agreed timeframes, at the expected quality and scope defined by the customer, and with required spare parts. * Ensure the quality of information delivered from equipment maintenance inspections so as to support backlog management. * Ensure compliance with the weekly maintenance program. * Collect work orders and prepare daily activity reports for handover to the next shift and to the Contract Manager. * Attend the daily meeting with the client to report on equipment status and receive pending items. * Report operational damages occurring during the shift. * Ensure follow-up and compliance with key indicators defined in the scope of each contract during the shift. * Identify training needs and ensure personnel under their supervision complete the annual training plan. * Supervise the performance of assigned personnel and ensure correct execution of objectives established in Workday. * And others. Your Profile: * Bachelor's degree or TSU (Technical Superior University) in Mechatronics, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in a facilitator role supporting operational supervision and administration within a mining service contract. * Knowledge of Maximo software for work order generation, attendance tracking, warehouse voucher creation, spare parts inquiry, etc. * Training, diploma, or DC3 certification related to maintenance performance indicator management. * Technical English proficiency: ability to understand manuals and work procedures. * Proven intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work away from home and/or relocate (if applicable).
