Required Profile * Prior **verifiable warehouse experience**. * Mandatory proficiency in operating **counterbalanced and double-reach forklifts with reverse steering**. (Candidates lacking both will not be considered.) * Experience operating **Crown or Raymond equipment** (preferred). * Valid **DC3 license or current forklift operator license (issued in 2023 or later; candidates without this license will not be considered)**. * Minimum education: **Completed junior high school**. * Availability to **work in freezer rooms (−22 °C)**. * Availability to **rotate shifts**, as required by operations. * Candidates operating **only one type of forklift or conventional steering only** will not be considered. Technical Knowledge The following skills will be assessed during the selection process: * Operation of **electric pallet jacks**. * Picking in **dynamic racking systems**, and handling goods up to **six levels in height**. * Use of **Hand Held devices and WMS systems**. * Completion of the **daily equipment safety checklist**.
