Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure optimal operation of the technological infrastructure across operations, providing technical support to location-based stores and offices in accordance with established policies, supervision guidelines, and protocols. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for the technological infrastructure and perform corrective maintenance as required. \- Install, configure, and update technological programs and/or applications necessary for the operation of location-based stores and offices. \- Ensure inventory control of computing equipment, software licenses, and technology services. \- Manage requests for new equipment and handle warranties, repairs, insurance claims, replacements, and disposal of assets. \- Supervise and advise users on the proper use of applications and technological tools. \- Promptly address all incidents related to the information technology area. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree / Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related field. \- 2\+ years of experience in technical support and help desk. \- Experience with networks and technological tools. **Employment Type** Permanent Staff **Work Model** On-site At Farmacias del Ahorro, we care about you — and want you to be well!
