JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *\+Review and control of incidents: attendance, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, and vacations.* *\+*Onboarding, offboarding, and modifications of employees with IMSS (or corresponding system). \+Drafting, reviewing, and safeguarding employment contracts and agreements. \+Calculation of severance payments and settlements (tracking the employee exit process). \+Resolving employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, payroll receipts, and contracts. \+Vacation validation. \+Verification of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans. \+Control and updating of personnel contracts and files (physical and digital). \+General administrative support to the Human Resources department.
