




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and leadership-oriented Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and compliance with hygiene standards and cost control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate daily kitchen operations. 2. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation. 3. Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team. We are looking for a committed, organized, and leadership-capable Sous Chef responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and timely dish delivery, as well as compliance with hygiene standards and cost control. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations. * Support the Executive Chef in menu planning and ingredient control. * Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation. * Manage inventories, waste, and product rotation (FIFO). * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team. * Monitor food preparation times during service. * Coordinate orders and supplier deliveries. * Resolve operational incidents. * Cover for the Executive Chef in their absence. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position. * Knowledge of cost control (food cost). * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of hygiene standards (H Certification preferred). * Flexible availability. * Leadership attitude, organizational skills, and teamwork orientation.
