Collaboration in product engineering and continuous improvement Job Description Responsible for designing, optimizing, and controlling production processes in electronic component manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, stability, and compliance with technical specifications. Collaborates with production, maintenance, and quality departments to guarantee repeatable, safe, and cost-effective processes. Responsibilities * Analyze and map production processes to identify improvement opportunities in cycle time, cost, and quality. * Implement process optimization methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) focused on waste reduction and variability control. * Validate and document critical process parameters for molding, assembly, and electronic testing. * Coordinate pilot trials and scale-up of new processes or technologies. * Define and update operation instructions, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation. * Monitor productivity, efficiency, and scrap rate metrics. * Collaborate with product engineering to ensure manufacturability from design. * Manage continuous improvement projects and technology transfer initiatives. Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or Process Engineering degree (or related field). * Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or technical plastics manufacturing. * Knowledge of molding, assembly, and functional testing processes for electronic components. * Proficiency in statistical tools and process improvement methodologies (SPC, DOE, Lean). * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, flowcharts, and technical specifications. * Experience with ERP systems and data analysis software. * Advanced English proficiency * Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Core Tools certifications Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What are your skills or experience relevant to this position? * What is your level of English proficiency? * Are you currently employed?
