Continuous communication with customers and internal departments to ensure service delivery. - **Job Objective** Efficiently manage customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery, data accuracy, and coordination among internal production, logistics, and sales departments. This position requires proficiency in **SAP and Customer Portals (Ford, STLA)** as well as prior experience in the automotive industry. **Primary Responsibilities** * Manage customer purchase orders via their electronic platform, ensuring compliance with requirements, delivery dates, and documentation. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate production scheduling and shipments with Planning and Logistics departments. * Track shipments, invoicing, and export documentation according to customer standards. * Identify and communicate potential deviations or non-compliance risks, coordinating corrective actions with relevant departments. * Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers and internal departments (Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Finance). * Generate performance and compliance reports, as well as service metrics. * Record and update information in **SAP (MRP)** to ensure order traceability and delivery control.**Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Languages:** Advanced English (mandatory for daily customer communication). * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** in Customer Service or Logistics roles within the **automotive industry**. * **Mandatory experience managing Ford/STLA portals.** * Proficiency in **SAP (SD/MM or MRP modules)**. * Knowledge of shipping, planning, and delivery fulfillment processes.**Competencies** * Customer focus and commitment to meeting obligations. * Effective communication and interdepartmental coordination. * Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. * Initiative to resolve and anticipate problems. * Autonomy in performing assigned tasks.Privacy Notice \- Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy\-notice\-active\-candidates Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
