This person must deliver excellent service to our customers, memorize the menu, take orders, and deliver them. Additionally, they will be responsible for setting tables, clearing dishes and utensils, and assisting the kitchen team with cleaning and sanitation tasks both in the dining area and the kitchen. At the same time, they must provide support and service to FBO customers. The candidate must be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate great friendliness. Waiter/Waitress Responsibilities The waiter/waitress must perform the following duties daily: * Accurately take customer orders, ensuring correctness. * Make suggestions to diners regarding certain dishes or daily specials. * Deliver a top-tier experience to the customer. * Enter orders into the system and verbally communicate them to the kitchen team. * Reorganize tables for large groups. * Provide service to FBO customers. * Responsibilities The waiter/waitress at our restaurant will be responsible for: * Promptly delivering orders to the kitchen and to customers’ tables. * Serving as the liaison between kitchen and dining area. * Transporting dishes, utensils, napkins, and other items to the kitchen or appropriate locations. * Serving beverages and dishes. * Ensuring food is served according to safety standards. Attending to customers’ needs. Removing soiled dishes, utensils, and other items. * Assisting in washing tableware, flatware, glassware, and general service utensils. * Mastering menu items and presentations to guarantee service quality for customers. * Reporting customer complaints, requests, and feedback. * Maintaining communication with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team to relay each customer’s special requirements. * Reporting complaints, suggestions, and general comments to the General Manager to immediately address any service incidents. Requirements Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress. * Customer service skills. * Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations. * Availability to work consecutive shifts and on weekends. * Ability to multitask. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to remain calm under pressure. * Energy and capacity to memorize. * Numerical skills for processing payments.
