Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with experience in process control, food hygiene, and food safety to ensure the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards 2. Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives 3. Handle audits and provide support on quality-related matters We are looking for a Quality Supervisor with solid experience in process control and compliance with occupational health, hygiene, and food safety regulations. We offer: Monthly salary of $13,000 to $16,000. On-site work modality. Indefinite-term contract. Full-time working hours. KPI achievement bonus. Funeral expense assistance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Tourism, Gastronomy, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in cafeteria management or food service operations. Knowledge of applicable policies and procedures, occupational health legislation, and regulations. Proficiency in technological tools and Microsoft Office suite. Highest academic qualification must be a completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all operations. Manage input and warehouse quality, ensuring compliance with standards such as NOM-251. Monitor key operational processes and track internal and external audits. Implement environmental and pest control measures to ensure optimal conditions at facilities. Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives jointly with operational departments. Handle audits and internal/external clients, providing support on quality-related matters.
