Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with expertise in inventory management, process optimization, and team leadership to oversee warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage warehouse staff and drivers. 2. Manage inventories, optimize processes, and oversee carriers. 3. Supervise product receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch. We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor. Requirements: Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience. Effective communication skills. Leadership and ability to manage teams. Organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of warehousing techniques and inventory management. Familiarity with occupational safety regulations. Responsibilities: Inventory Management. Strategic Planning. Process Optimization. Carrier Oversight. Reporting and Administrative Management. Operation of Inventory Management Systems (ERP). Use of technological tools and warehouse management software. Full merchandise labeling and quality control process. Verification of proper validation procedures. Verification of proper packaging procedures. Container receipt and tracking. Expectations for the Role: Supervision, control, and management of warehouse operations, including accurate receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of products. Lead warehouse staff and drivers; ensure compliance with safety procedures, proper inventory handling, and resource optimization. We Offer: Statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
