Work closely with Design Engineers and cross-functional teams Job Summary We are seeking a **Drafter** to support electro\-mechanical product design through detailed drafting and engineering documentation. This role goes beyond basic drafting, involving BOM management, engineering change implementation, and cross\-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Design Engineers and teams such as Production, Quality, and Planning to ensure accuracy, consistency, and manufacturability across all deliverables. Responsibilities * Create and modify detailed **2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks** * Maintain and update **Bills of Materials (BOMs)**, assemblies, and part structures * Execute **Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)** accurately * Apply drafting and design standards to ensure manufacturability * Prepare complete drawing packages for production release * Review drawings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Production, Quality, Planning) * Maintain data integrity across **CAD, PDM, and ERP systems** * Support standard product updates and continuous improvement efforts Requirements * English Advanced * 2–5 years of experience in drafting within a manufacturing or engineering environment * Strong proficiency in **SolidWorks** (assemblies, configurations, drawings) * Experience with **BOMs, ECOs, and part structures** * Familiarity with **ERP systems (Epicor preferred)** and PDM systems * Understanding of **drafting standards and GD\&T basics** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams * Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Seguro de vida * Vales de despensa Experiencia: * SolidWorks: 3 años (Deseable) * BOMs: 3 años (Deseable) * Engineering Change Orders (ECOs): 3 años (Deseable) * electro\-mechanical products: 1 año (Deseable) Idioma: * Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
