Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Operational**Job Objective** Properly execute maintenance activities (Preventive, Corrective, Planned, Predictive), optimize spare parts consumption, maintain equipment in optimal working condition and available for efficient operation, pursuing continuous improvement.**Responsibilities and Activities** Responsibility 1 1\.\-Perform corrective maintenance tasks, respond to emergency situations, and report contingency situations arising during the process to the Office of Value Leader. 2\.\-Perform preventive maintenance and document the work carried out. 3\.\-Execute planned maintenance, verify that the work performed is documented, and deliver corresponding information or documents. 4\.\-Inspect equipment failures occurring during the process. 5\.\-Ensure proper equipment operation through daily inspection and application of autonomous maintenance on equipment. 6\.\-Propose creation or modification of route sheets for assigned equipment to improve performance and availability time. 7\.\-Conduct tests for spare parts replacement. 8\.\-Request manufacturing or repair of required parts at the lathe workshop and follow up on such requests. 9\.\-Optimize spare parts consumption, ensuring unnecessary spare parts are not used. 10\.\-Assist supervisors or Mechanical Technicians in their area by consulting information within the SAP system (this activity applies only to personnel supporting maintenance planning). 11\.\-Must enter clean/aseptic areas following the applicable instruction for their workplace. Experience 6 months in: * Basic mechanics. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical / food / electronic industry machinery. * Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical control. Knowledge * Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. * Diagnosis and correction of electrical and mechanical failures across diverse equipment. * Basic knowledge of instrumentation and PCs. Education Technical Degree**Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: * In electricity and electrical control. * In pharmaceutical / food / electronic industry machinery. KNOWLEDGE: * Diagnosis and correction of electrical and mechanical failures across diverse equipment. * In instrumentation and PCs.
