Functions and Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- ### **A. Human Resources (Operational)** **Recruitment and selection** * Posting job vacancies across various sources * Screening resumes * Coordinating interviews **Personnel administration** * Maintaining and updating employee files * Preparing employment contracts, agreements, and labor documentation * Tracking attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, medical leaves, permissions) * Managing vacation time * Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes * Drafting administrative minutes * Collecting signatures (attendance lists, labor documents, receipts) **Support for organizational development** * Assisting with performance evaluations * Monitoring workplace climate issues (feedback, internal incidents) **Administration of personnel resources** * Managing uniforms and safety equipment * Coordinating operational support (e.g., meals for overtime work) ### **B. Payroll (Limited scope WITHOUT financial execution)** * Compiling and submitting incident data for pre-payroll processing * Validating employee information * Controlling and safeguarding signed payroll receipts **Key note (important for your manager):** This position **does NOT handle disbursements, transfers, or cash management**, and is solely responsible for preparing and controlling information. ### **C.
