Present in over 30,000 points of sale nationwide with retail clients: RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. Ensure compliance with payroll processing. Supervise the safety area and follow up on reports or incidents. Follow-up on MNR. Follow-up on non-conformities related to deliveries or suppliers. Attend to employees; hold meetings with departments. Payroll disbursement. Ensure compliance with authorized budgets for the department. Achieve departmental KPIs and budget targets. Review employee files. Ensure implementation of the organizational climate process and manage follow-up action plans. Ensure execution of organizational performance evaluations. Follow-up on non-conformities reported by customers or contract manufacturers. Evaluate security service providers. Ensure compliance with the training process, execute the annual training plan, and fulfill regulatory requirements. Serve as liaison between the organization and the labor union regarding contractual reviews or any issues that arise. Conduct job analyses for creating new positions (General Management). Ensure execution of organizational events. Develop and update the organizational salary scale (General Management). Update the organizational chart; process personnel onboarding and offboarding. Follow up on lawsuits or subpoenas (General Management). Prepare and present payroll projections. Develop a benefits plan and track improvement actions (General Management). Negotiate with the labor union and review wage and contractual agreements (General Management). Conduct process and departmental audits; review working conditions.
