Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employment Type** Confianza**Job Objective** Ensure inventory accuracy so that the physical stock held by logistics storage operators aligns with the theoretical stock reported in the system across all national centers. **Responsibilities and Activities** Responsibility 1. Analyze the behavior of finished products and raw materials across the client’s various subsidiaries to determine optimal coverage strategies for different warehouses. * Download SAP databases for the Logistics Indicators Analyst’s performance indicators report and upload them to the Plutón SAP Databases folder. * Review and download SAP databases to execute material inventories at centers, warehouses, free usage status, expiry dates, and remaining months; review PT material levels and share them in Plutón. * Review materials with expiry dates due within 0–6 months and forward them to Stella Foundation coordinators. * Review and update CDN/CDR inventories for Agro and PiSA centers for cooking and distribution planning information. * Generate information and analysis regarding government-owned materials with expiry dates within 0–12 months and send them to their respective responsible parties for follow-up. Responsibility 2 Track suggestions proposed by the client’s marketing managers to ensure inventory movement and prevent inventory expiry by requesting system outbound transactions and returns to manufacturing for materials requiring such action. * Perform SMO inventory analysis for materials and their centers indicating free usage status, expiry dates, and remaining months, and send for follow-up. * Perform FRISO inventory analysis for its centers, free usage status, expiry dates, and remaining months, and send for follow-up. Responsibility 3 Generate reports for each of the client’s subsidiaries according to specifications required by internal clients, aiming to provide inventory visibility. * Prepare the dialysis materials inventory report and send it to its responsible parties for follow-up. * Analyze short-expiry materials at Agro and PiSA centers and those nearing expiry, and send the analysis to their responsible parties for follow-up. Responsibility 4 Manage the materials catalog and demand, as well as maintain change control over commercial area requests affecting inventory levels to guarantee supply for generated strategies. * Develop a consolidated database of materials categorized by validity status (Active, Obsolete, Substitutes) existing across the supply chain. * Download demand data from SAP according to sales organizations and distribution channels, consolidating into monthly periods. Responsibility 5 Submit all master data requests related to material planning, following the current request formats issued by the aforementioned area, ensuring updates are loaded into the MRP system. Experience * Inventory management – 2 years * Distribution center processes – 2 years * ERP system data handling – 1 year. Knowledge * ERP system (SAP preferred) * Advanced Excel * Logistics processes.
