**RECRUITMENT COORDINATION** ZAPOPAN, JALISCO **Job Objective:** Lead and manage the talent acquisition process to fill company vacancies in the shortest possible time, ensuring that selected candidates are the most suitable and optimizing Human Resources department resources. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the recruitment team’s daily work plan. * Assign and balance workloads (vacancies) among recruiters reporting to you. * Design and implement local and international talent attraction strategies (field sourcing, social media, job fairs, portfolio exchanges). * Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and aligned with internal clients’ needs. * Validate interview filters, administration of psychometric tests, and socioeconomic studies for selected personnel. * Coordinate and ensure that shortlists presented to department managers meet required technical and cultural profiles. * Ensure proper management and updating of the candidate database (portfolio). * *Time-to-fill.* * *Cost-per-hire.* * *Effectiveness of recruitment channels.* * *Early turnover rate (attrition within 30/60/90 days).* * *Team and individual recruitment efficiency.* * Analyze causes of employee turnover and propose action plans from the selection screening stage. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles (Coordination, Supervision, or Senior Recruitment), preferably handling both mass/operational and administrative profiles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced use of various recruitment sources (LinkedIn, Computrabajo, Indeed, social media, etc.). * Interpretation of psychometric tests and competency-based interviews. * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel** (use of pivot tables, comparison formulas, and database functions for reporting results). **AT ECODELI INDUSTRIAL S.A.
