Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence **Position Objective** Execute and administer personnel service and labor relations processes for the assigned business unit, ensuring timely execution and adherence to policies, corporate guidelines, and other applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform labor-related activities required to ensure compliance with employer obligations and other regulatory requirements. * Properly execute employee termination procedures. * Administer and generate documents requested by authorities (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare [STPS], Conciliation and Arbitration Board, unions) and respond to their requests. * Address employee requests, such as clarifications, documentation, information, or updates to personal and employment data. * Conduct activities associated with the food safety and quality management system aligned with the SQF Code and Good Manufacturing Practices, in order to comply with FDA regulatory requirements for product distribution.
