Attention to detail and goal-oriented focus. **Join our team as a manager at our Andares branch!** At Melissa México, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our flagship stores in Jalisco. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead a sales team, inspiring passion for the product and driving memorable shopping experiences. * Oversee store operations (inventory management, visual merchandising, task organization, and daily activities). * Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain alignment of key performance indicators. * Manage customer portfolio. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in KPIs. * Knowledge of inventory management. * Proven leadership and team management experience (minimum 3 years). * Cash handling and deposit control. * Inspirational leadership with the ability to motivate teams. * Attention to detail, analytical capability, and goal-oriented focus.
