Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to prepare Executive Projects and architectural drawings for a hospital project, including renders and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of Executive Projects and architectural drawings. 2. Production of renders and project monitoring. 3. Occasional site inspections and material management. We are **Duran Alonso Constructores**, a construction company. We are currently looking for a Project Architect to join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Preparation of **Executive Projects** and architectural drawings for a HOSPITAL project with a duration of 1 year (employment will be for this period). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1) Preparation of **Executive Projects** in accordance with terms of reference and under the direction of the immediate supervisor. 2) Production of necessary renders for each project. 3) Submission of renders to the immediate supervisor for final approval. 4) Efficient internal communication to expedite project progress. 5) Monitoring of project schedules and pending tasks. 6) Periodic site inspections (occasionally). 7) Generation of drawings from 3D modeling, construction details, tracking of on-site changes and project adjustments. 8) Quotation and procurement of materials required for construction (occasionally). 9) Quantification of materials and finishes (site quantity surveyors). 10) Interpretation of drawings and/or sketches. 11) Execution of tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE FOR HIRING** 1) Architectural Knowledge: In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and related technologies. 2) Effective Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with team members. 3) Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and take initiative. 4) Time Management: Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality. 5) Technology and Software: Familiarity with architectural design software such as Office Suite, Adobe Suite (Photoshop\- Illustrator\- InDesign), SketchUp, Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD\- Revit Basic\- Point cloud processing in Recap [for reference]). **WORKING HOURS** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * IMSS * Christmas Bonus * Profit Sharing * Vacation Bonus * FONACOT Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Have you participated in construction projects ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 m²?
