Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employment Type** Confidence-based**Position Objective** Manage and coordinate resources for the Electrolit secondary packaging line to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations, guaranteeing achievement of annual goals and compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards through comprehensive management of human, technical, and continuous improvement resources.**Responsibilities and Activities** The activities in which you will engage and contribute include: 1\.\- Manage the Electrolit secondary packaging line unit and its resources. 2\.\- Control line production aligned with production schedules. 3\.\- Lead operational and assigned personnel performance. 4\.\- Implement and execute applicable company procedures and policies within operations. 5\.\- Identify deviations and correct them promptly. 6\.\- Ensure uninterrupted line operation. 7\.\- Guarantee availability of materials and supplies. 8\.\- Quality and Compliance (Ensure quality standards for finished products). 9\.\- Line management with adherence to KPIs: Production plan compliance rate, operational efficiency, scrap rate, safety, quality, among others. 10\.\- Process management, knowledge, and understanding of production work systems and operational controls. 11\.\- Implementation of warehouse management systems (receipts, shipments, etc). And others. Experience * Supervision of production processes \- 2 Years Required. * Continuous improvement projects and/or use of continuous improvement tools \- 2 Years Required. Knowledge * Line balancing (process standardization). * Safety and hygiene regulations. * Quality systems / Pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. * Continuous improvement. * MSOffice 365\. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering \*Master’s Degree in \*Related fields or Business Administration preferred**Complementary Profile** ***Desirable Experience*** * TPM. * Lean Manufacturing. ***Desirable Knowledge*** * Management of unionized personnel. * Planning / MRP. * Procurement. ***Desirable Certification*** * Lean Manufacturing \- Yellow Belt or higher.
