Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to manage the full sales cycle of agricultural inputs, advise customers, and ensure satisfaction across the Jalisco region. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * No specific educational level required * Valid driver's license Type B or C (Driver) * Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software EXPERIENCE: * General sales and/or agricultural inputs sales (preferred) * Customer advisory services * Customer prospecting (DISTRIBUTORS) * Collections * Sales territory (JALISCO) * Client portfolio management * Sales forecasting preparation FUNCTIONS: * Obtain, enter, and update customer data in the system * Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, initial contact, quotation, negotiation, delivery, collections, and retention * Evaluate products to determine specific sales tactics per product * Identify and record customer purchasing potential in terms of volume and price * Monitor customer consumption and yield performance * Manage credit granted to customers according to their financial capacity * Advise external customers on plant development, fertilization, protection, and nutrition * Monitor timely customer payments * Prepare sales forecasts * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys * Track and resolve customer incidents * Drive increased customer purchases based on strategic initiatives COMPETENCIES: * Process-oriented work * Continuous improvement * ERP process implementation * Compliance with standards * Commitment * Integrity * Leadership * Results orientation * Customer orientation * Problem solving * Decision making OFFERING: * Composite compensation scheme: Base monthly salary \+ bonuses \+ savings fund \+ food vouchers \= $35,000 gross * Biweekly payroll * Monthly commissions * Statutory benefits: Social security, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation, maternity/paternity leave, statutory holidays * Enhanced benefits: Life insurance, major medical expense coverage * Tools: Vehicle, tablet, computer, wireless headset, corporate mobile phone, expense card, fuel card, toll card
