**Job Objective**
Ensure inventory accuracy so that the physical stock held by logistics storage operators aligns with the theoretical stock reported in the system across all national distribution centers.
**Responsibilities and Activities**
* Validate and record all domestic and/or international purchases for commercialization in the internal system.
* Ensure execution of cyclic and general inventories with storage operators at each national distribution center, guaranteeing their reliability and accuracy.
* Ensure processing of product transfer requests as directed by the headquarters planning team, to ensure product availability and commercialization.
* Prepare the monthly destruction report for expired and/or quality-defective products, based on review with the Technical Management Department.
* Support operations in receiving and organizing goods to ensure inventory reliability according to company-established standards, preserving the physical condition of stored products, operational equipment, and warehouse facilities.
Experience
* Inventory management – 2 years
* Distribution center processes – 2 years
* ERP system data handling – 1 year.
Knowledge
* ERP system (SAP preferred)
* Advanced Excel
* Logistics processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
*Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related fields
