Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive footprint on the world! **Employee Type** Confidential **Position Objective** Ensure timely and cost\-effective procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect materials through material planning (MRP) and strategic purchasing execution; maintaining optimal inventory levels, manufacturing continuity, and compliance with quality/regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Plan material procurement (MRP) and develop the master purchasing plan aligned with demand, production plan, and inventory policies. * Manage strategic supplier sourcing: negotiation, contracts, and performance, ensuring optimal cost, service, and risk conditions. * Execute purchase orders and conduct end\-to\-end follow\-up (confirmation, logistics, receipt, and discrepancies) to ensure on\-time and complete delivery (OTIF). * Optimize inventory and cash flow through policies, analysis (ABC/XYZ), reduction of obsolete/expired items, and cash\-flow planning; managing imports when applicable. * Analytics and automation (advanced Excel) for visibility and decision\-making: dashboards, models, scenarios, and continuous improvement of planning/purchasing processes. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in procurement management, documentation, and supplier performance. Experience * Material planning (MRP/MPS) and inventory management in manufacturing. * Procurement of raw materials and packaging materials (domestic and import). * Supplier negotiation, contracting, evaluation, and development. Knowledge * Advanced Excel: pivot tables, Power Query/Power Pivot, advanced formulas, dashboards; macros/VBA preferred. * ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle or similar): purchase order creation/follow\-up, master data, exception analysis.
