




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate administrative and support tasks, managing documentation, supplies, basic finance, and staff assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and documentary coordination 2. Supply management and basic billing 3. Logistical support and customer/supplier service Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM in the Nextipac area. Duties: File management and digitization: Maintain updated databases and organize physical or cloud-based files. Document drafting: Prepare letters, memoranda, simple reports, and meeting minutes. Supply control: Manage office inventory (stationery, supplies) and place orders with suppliers. Billing: Enter invoices into the system, issue receipts, and track accounts receivable/payable. Preliminary reconciliation: Verify that reported expenses match physical supporting documents. Processing management: Execute payments for services or basic banking procedures. Calendar management: Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and appointments for management. Travel logistics: Book flights, hotels, and manage per diems. Customer/supplier service: Serve as the first point of contact (via telephone or in person) and route requests to the appropriate department. Attendance tracking: Record staff arrivals, departures, absences, and vacations. Assist in preparing onboarding materials for new employees.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years
