Job Summary: Route Programmer to optimize deliveries, consolidate work schedules, and ensure accurate generation of transportation documents in SAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route programming to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. 2. Collaboration in the planning and execution of shipments. 3. Use of transportation management systems and SAP to optimize operations. An important pharmaceutical company is seeking a Route Programmer to expand its workforce. Job Objective To program delivery routes ensuring timely delivery at the lowest possible cost while maximizing vehicle and route capacity. To schedule operational transportation and shipping activities by generating plans that consolidate work programs across various departments. To consolidate work programs for all markets and organize them according to the dispatch center responsible for initial cargo dispatch and their loading dates. To plan transportation and shipping department activities through the generation of the "Transportation Work Plan", via correct transportation document creation in SAP, aligned with established loading capacity at various locations. To detect, identify, and resolve issues arising during shipment planning and execution that may prevent meeting customer requirements. Experience: Route programming (route building, reporting, handling atypical or pending orders, etc.): 1 year. Customer service: 1 year. Knowledge: \- Cubing. \- Excel (intermediate). \- Transportation management system. Requirements: \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Bachelor's degree (economics, administration, engineering, or related fields). Letter of Completion.
