Opportunity to optimize processes and manage documentation A leading Electronics Manufacturing company is seeking an Export Executive: ***EXPORT AND LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields, with degree completed. **English:** Conversational English required for negotiations with suppliers. Your objective: Coordinate, manage, and supervise the international flow of goods, ensuring products reach foreign markets efficiently, on time, and in full compliance with all customs and transportation regulations. Your goal is to optimize costs and timelines while maintaining customer satisfaction and managing the documentation required for export. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in export operations. **Required Skills:** * Knowledge of Incoterms 2020, * Tariff classification, * Customs Law and Trade Regulations, * Permits and restrictions (tariff regulations, NOMs, certificates of origin, health or environmental permits) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, * SAP or other management systems. * ERP systems and logistics software (SAP) * International flow of goods, * coordinating carriers, * customs brokers, and documentation (invoices, BL/AWB, certificates) to ensure on-time deliveries. * Key responsibilities include: * Quoting freight charges, * Tracking shipments, * Ensuring customs regulatory compliance, * Resolving incidents, and controlling operational costs. **Work Location** Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco **Working Days** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM **Salary** $20,000 to $25,000 per month **Benefits** Statutory and above-statutory benefits, 12 vacation days in the first year, 30-day Christmas bonus, 10% food vouchers, 13% savings fund, major medical expense insurance (employees only), life insurance, and monthly transportation allowance.
