User assistance and training on technological tools Join Vallen's Operations team as IT Support Coordinator RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and handle IT support tickets, ensuring appropriate response and resolution times for users in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. * Provide support for basic IT infrastructure administration (networks, access, users, internal applications). * Deliver basic user assistance and training on the proper use of technological tools and systems. IDEAL PROFILE Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Conversational English Interest in user support. Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and problem-solving focus.
