Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Job Objective** Ensure continuity and efficiency of the manufacturing process through technical operation of automatic machinery, precisely executing **hopper and bag filling**, **equipment assembly**, and **autonomous maintenance**, while meeting production targets under established quality (GMP) and safety standards. **Responsibilities and Activities** * **Operation and Supply:** Operate automatic machinery ensuring constant hopper and bag filling. * **Technical Configuration:** Perform equipment assembly, disassembly, and adjustment for format changes. * **Maintenance:** Carry out autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspection, and basic lubrication) to prevent failures. * **Quality and Control:** Record logs in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and the 5S methodology. Experience * Minimum 1 year as Production or Automatic Machinery Operator. * Mandatory: Practical experience in **equipment assembly/disassembly** and format changes. * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in **autonomous maintenance** (cleaning, inspection, lubrication) and **hopper/bag filling**. * Preferred: Familiarity with quality standards (GMP) and the 5S methodology. Knowledge * Technical operation: Hopper and bag filling, and operation of automatic machinery. * Maintenance: Concepts of autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspection, and lubrication). * Basic mechanics: Equipment assembly, disassembly, and adjustment (format changes). * Quality: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the 5S methodology.
